Falling

Well I finally did it, I got him to get in front of the camera. He is so handsome I don't understand why he won't let me take his picture unless he's doing something silly or making faces but I guess this is him. I'll take what I can get.

I'm still loving the fall weather aren't you? and here...I'll say it...don't hate me forever...but.. I CAN'T WAIT TIL IT SNOWS!!!!!!!! :) What is it they say? "You can't help the way you feel" I'm ready to bundle up and sit in front of the wood stove, but in the mean time I'll settle for hoodie weather and apple eating.

Autumning

Ok, I warned you...every season is indeed my favorite season...but autumn...has such a special place in my heart and will always trump all the other seasons. There is such COLOR and the coolness lets me indulge in all my favorite comforts...wood stoves, apple cider, fuzzy sweaters, blankies, beautiful views, pumpkins!...the list goes on and on. I fell in love with photography in the autumn.....ever since autumn of last year (has it really been such little time?) I have yet to put my camera down. It has become and extension of my being and allows me to create and feel and be me. I love that. I would also like to give a BIG thank you to all the encouragement I have been getting from family, friends and communities. I am a beginner and as I learn more and more I realize I still have loads to learn and funny thing is...I'm ok with that. There are SO many photography blogs I love to "stalk"/read/view/learn from. Oh and also I love my Montazilla can you tell?

I heart faces: sunshades

It gets chilly in the mornings...even in the summertime! Actually these are my mom's awesome sunshades that my husband refused to let me wear in public...can't figure out why.... :)

I was going to post some more recent pictures of pretty "May Flowers" seeing as that's what the challenge is this week....but with all this rain rain rain, I needed to be reminded that there is sunshine and buzzing bees in the not too distant future (I hope).
