Went to Laney's Baby shower this past weekend and made these cute cupcakes from the book "HELLO CUPCAKE!" absolutely love them...they didn't end up looking as good as the book pictures and pretty much melted all over...but it was fun.

Still lovin my camera, I need something else to shoot though. Flowers and Monte are great subject, but it's getting to be a yawn.

I am however very excited that only a few of these were post edited...all the rest of the editing was done with digital filters and shooting in HDR.

we had a lovely 4th of July complete with our own private fireworks display next door! It was perfect. I'm still lovin my camera can you tell?
