I heart faces: sunshades

It gets chilly in the mornings...even in the summertime! Actually these are my mom's awesome sunshades that my husband refused to let me wear in public...can't figure out why.... :)

I was going to post some more recent pictures of pretty "May Flowers" seeing as that's what the challenge is this week....but with all this rain rain rain, I needed to be reminded that there is sunshine and buzzing bees in the not too distant future (I hope). Grand Canyon of the East

This Weekend we went to Wellsboro, PA with Frank's parents and did a little hiking and camping. It was sooo green. I loved it. We also went on a covered wagon ride that took us back into the past. The history of the canyon is very interesting.
And of course by the end of the trip Frank was irritated at me for taking pictures. I told him to get over it so he decided to sabotage my portrait of him...

Went to Laney's Baby shower this past weekend and made these cute cupcakes from the book "HELLO CUPCAKE!" absolutely love them...they didn't end up looking as good as the book pictures and pretty much melted all over...but it was fun.

My great niece...sooo cute!
